Calcein-AM is a cell staining reagent emitting green fluorescence (Ex = 490 nm, Em = 515 nm) used for dual fluorescent staining of live and dead cells.
Calcein-AM/PI Double Stain Kit Calcein-AM/PI uses Calcein AM to stain living cells green and PI to stain dead cells red, allowing for double staining of both cell types.
