Sulfo-Cy5.5 NHS is a water-soluble cyanine fluorescent dye for in vivo imaging and labeling of proteins, antibodies, peptides, and nucleic acids.
Sulfo-Cy5.5, NHS (sulfonated cyanine 5.5, succinimidyl ester) is a cyanine fluorescent dye with excellent water solubility, requiring no organic solvents for solubilization. It is commonly used for in vivo imaging of small animals and labeling of proteins, antibodies, peptides, and nucleic acids.
Sulfo-Cy5.5, NHS is useful for the labeling of proteins which denature in the presence of organic co-solvents, as well as for proteins with low solubility.
