Its fluorescence can be efficiently excited in the range 405–455 nm, making it suitable as a reference standard for ATTO 425 conjugates.
ATTO 425 Acid is well-suited for flow cytometry (FACS), fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), and other biological assays.
