The Annexin V-PE/7-AAD Cell Apoptosis Detection Kit uses Annexin V labeled with the red fluorescent dye PE(Phycoerythrin) to detect early apoptosis.
PE Annexin V Apoptosis Detection Kit with 7-AAD has been specifically designed for the identification of apoptotic and necrotic cells. Detection can be performed by flow cytometry, fluorescence microscopy, or other fluorescence-based instruments. The kit also includes 7-aminoactinomycin D (7-AAD) to distinguish early apoptotic cells from late apoptotic or necrotic cells.
