HighQC™ Mouse Melanoblast Stem Cell
HighQC™ Mouse Melanoblast Stem Cells are derived from embryonic neural crest of mouse. These cells display a spindle-shaped, adherent morphology, and express MITF and Dct (TRP-2)—key markers in melanoblast identity, survival and early differentiation. Genomic integrity is maintained through early-stage passaging, and the cells are responsive to key growth factors such as endothelin-3 and stem cell factor (SCF), which regulate melanoblast proliferation and lineage specification. These multipotent cells retain self-renewal capacity and can differentiate into melanocyte lineages under defined culture conditions, making them highly relevant for pigment cell developmental studies. Each lot undergoes rigorous screening and isolation procedures, and is rigorously tested to ensure it is free of contamination from mycoplasma, fungi, yeast, and bacteria.
