HighQC™ Human Lung Cancer Stem Cells are isolated from primary or metastatic human lung carcinoma tissue and cultured under stem cell-promoting conditions to enrich for cancer stem-like populations. These cells exhibit irregular, loosely adherent spheroid or epithelial-like morphology and express CSC-associated markers including CD44, CD133, SSEA3/4, Oct4. Lung CSCs demonstrate hallmark characteristics such as high tumorigenicity, self-renewal, and differentiation into diverse cancer cell phenotypes. These cells are ideal for modeling lung tumor initiation, progression, and therapeutic resistance. HighQC™ Human Melanoma Cancer Stem Cells are isolated from malignant melanoma tissue and enriched for tumor-initiating cells through selection for stem-like markers such as CD 44, CD 133, SSEA3/4, Oct4. These cells grow as adherent monolayers under standard conditions and can form tumorspheres in low-attachment, defined culture systems, consistent with cancer stem cell behavior. These cells exhibit irregular, spindle-shaped morphology and demonstrate hallmark cancer stem cell (CSC) traits, including high proliferative capacity, self-renewal, and resistance to chemotherapy.
