AceSeq™ PolyA Spin mRNA Isolation Kit is developed for rapidly isolating mRNA from various eukaryotic cell lysates. The poly(A)+ RNA is subjected to affinity chromatography through spin columns that are prepacked with ImmunoClone's Oligo(dT)25-cellulose beads. The cellulose beads have high binding capacity and super binding force, which are the best choice for affinity chromatography of ploy(A)+ RNA. And the intact mRNA can be obtained whitin 40 minutes. The isolated RNA can be used for in vitro translation experiments, cDNA library preparation, Northern, subtractive hybridization or differential display analysis, etc. AceSeq™ PolyA Spin mRNA Isolation Kit rapidly isolates high-quality RNA free of hazardous chemicals and is ready to use.
