AceSeq™ NGS Fast DNA Library Prep Set (Ion Torrent) provides the enzyme premix system and reaction buffer required for the construction of DNA library, including all components except the adapter. Compared with the conventional library construction method, the kit combines multiple steps and omits multiple purification steps, thus significantly reducing the minimum required amount of starting template DNA and shortening the library construction time. In addition, the kit uses high-fidelity DNA polymerase for library enrichment and unbiased PCR amplification, which expands the coverage area of the sequence and can efficiently prepare DNA libraries for Ion torrent PGM and Ion Proton next-generation sequencing platforms. AceSeq™ NGS Fast DNA Library Prep Set (Ion Torrent) that is free of hazardous chemicals has high efficiency.
