AceSeq™ Carrier RNA Powder can help to improve the binding and elution efficiency of the purification column in the micro-nucleic acid purification process, and reduce the probability of RNase degradation of micro-RNA. The addition of Carrier RNA in the nucleic acid purification process can improve the recovery efficiency of trace nucleic acids by more than 10 times, and is an indispensable component in the purification of trace nucleic acids.
