The yield of DNA is closely related to the number of cells in the sample, storage conditions and time. The purified DNA has good purity, high integrity, and can be used for downstream experiments such as next-generation sequencing, chip detection, and PCR detection. AceMag™ Saliva DNA Kit rapidly isolates high-quality DNA free of hazardous chemicals and is ready to use.
